This guide explains how to use reimburse.id from company setup through daily reimbursement, approval, payment, reporting, and troubleshooting.
The guide is written for administrators, finance users, approvers, and employees. Each chapter explains what a menu is for, who normally uses it, and how to complete the main tasks.

Main User Types
| User Type | Main Responsibility |

| Administrator | Sets up the company, users, roles, forms, master data, and configuration. |
| Employee | Creates reimbursement claims and tracks their status. |
| Approver | Reviews assigned reimbursements or batch payments. |
| Finance | Processes approved reimbursements, creates payment batches, uploads payment proof, and reviews finance reports. |
| Auditor | Reviews reports, document history, and audit trail when access is granted. |
