This guide explains how to use reimburse.id from company setup through daily reimbursement, approval, payment, reporting, and troubleshooting.
The guide is written for administrators, payment teams, approvers, and employees. Each chapter explains what a menu is for, who normally uses it, and how to complete the main tasks.
End-To-End Flow
A typical company flow looks like this:
Main User Types
| User Type | Main Responsibility |

| Administrator | Sets up the company, users, roles, forms, master data, and configuration. |
| Employee | Creates reimbursement claims and tracks their status. |
| Approver | Reviews assigned reimbursements or batch payments. |
| Payment Team | Processes approved reimbursements, creates payment batches, uploads payment proof, and reviews payment-related reports. |
| Auditor | Reviews reports, document history, and audit trail when access is granted. |
