Overview

This guide explains how to use reimburse.id from company setup through daily reimbursement, approval, payment, reporting, and troubleshooting.

The guide is written for administrators, payment teams, approvers, and employees. Each chapter explains what a menu is for, who normally uses it, and how to complete the main tasks.

Main User Types

User TypeMain Responsibility

Payment TeamProcesses approved reimbursements, creates payment batches, uploads payment proof, and reviews payment-related reports.
AuditorReviews reports, document history, and audit trail when access is granted.
